SYSTEM for the clubs in Trondheim and Bergen - Norway:
• strip dancing on stage, private-dance in private booths and private VIP's.Talking and sitting at the table with club's costumers . The DJ is in charge of monitoring the stage performances. 3-5 stage shows per night at 7 min. each show.
WORKING HOURS:
• Tuesday – Thursday 22.00 – 03.30. Friday – Saturday 21.00 – 04.00 . Sunday is day off.
EARNINGS:
• Income from private dances: 4 private dance rooms are available and the price to the customer is €125 (1000 kr) for 10 min. and €250 (2000 kr) for 20 min. After the first dance of a 1000 kr which the artist keeps all the money after tax – 800 kr, the artist/club split dance money 50/50. A 1000 kr dance is therefore paid with 400 kr to artist, 400 kr to the club, and 200 kr to vat – government tax.
• Income from drinks : there is a €12,50 (100 kr) commission on Ladies drinks at €25 (200 kr) and €30 (240 kr) for Piccolo and a 20 % commission on selected wines and champagne starting at 180 to €1100. ( 1400 – 9500 kr )
• Salary is paid 50 % every night and the rest at the end of the stay and a tax of 15 % from all income for foreign artists working in Norway will be deducted from salary.
DANCE WEAR CODE:
• The Dancer will dress as per individual club instructions. Dress code: Classy but sexy, minimum two evening/cocktail dresses (not transparent dresses) and various show clothes.
POTENTIAL EARNINGS:
• €5000 - €7000 / month ( after paying all taxs, commission, accommodation ), depending on individual experience.
DANCERS SELECTION CRITERIA:
• minimum 19 years old of age
• nice, slim body shape.
• English conversational knowledge.
• good communications skills, good self confidence.
• only experienced dancers .
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
• The Dancer should work for a minimum of 4 weeks. The stay can be extended as well for 3 months.
MORE DETAILS:
• In the Clubs are working between 8-10 dancers from Hungary, Czech R, Estonia, Norway.
• Very good management, good money potential.
• €10 / working day commission to be paid for the Agency.
• Club rules should be respected , no meeting costumers outside the clubs, no phone numbers exchange with clubs costumers.
•The dancers operate on a self-employed basis and are responsible for their social security and travel insurance.
WHEN CAN YOU START ?
• After you've applied and been selected , you can start when places available. The Agency will provide you legal contracts. Your local Agency manager will keep contact with you.
